For improved tracking, AstroEQ now uses either 1/4 stepping or 1/32th microstepping. Please download the new config utility to get the new firmware. This change only applies to DRV8825 chips. If you have an A4988 chip, you can use the new firmware but it will be no different from 6.8. If you have legacy hardware, please see the upgrade information.

There was a minor bug in the goto speed settings which could cause short goto's to move at the wrong speed.
-
Thomas Carpenter authored
The Goto speed factor can now be set using the Configuration Utility. This factor is a multiple of the Sidereal rate, e.g. if Goto Speed = 2, then the mount will move at 2x sidereal rate for gotos.
