The firmware version check URL was incorrect. This has been fixed.

There was a glitch in the configuration utility which meant it failed to
upload firmware for the Arduino Mega2560 and Mega1280 boards. This is
fixed.

For improved tracking, AstroEQ now uses either 1/4 stepping or 1/32th
microstepping.
Please download the new config utility to get the new firmware.
This change only applies to DRV8825 chips. If you have an A4988 chip,
you can use the new firmware but it will be no different from 6.8.
