Added Linux version of AstroEQ Configuration Utility

For those using Linux (Ubuntu or Debian), you can now use the
configuration utility. EQMOD can be successfully run under WINE allowing
Linux users to take advantage of AstroEQ. However AstroEQ Configuration
could not. Now there is a native Linux version of the config utility.
